All Lone Owl Studio items are personalised and / or made to order and as such are not eligible for return or exchange under the Consumer Rights Act, unless faulty.

If an item is faulty, please email hello@loneowlstudio.com within 7 days of receiving your order and return within 14 days of your order being delivered. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. It is advised that you send returns using a tracked service or obtain proof of postage. Please ensure your order number in included in your return.
Once your return is received, you will be refunded within 10 days, minus postage costs.

cancellations

Once an order is received, it is quickly moved into the Studio to be made. Therefore, cancellations are not accepted, but please get in touch if you have any questions about your order.
